About the Scoop US Electronic Election Integrity Campaign 2008
What is it?
A Pro-Bono (Free) advertising campaign to support the US Election Protection movement and its many diverse groups and participants. Includes an active editorial focus by Scoop Independent News to carry breaking news and press releases about US Election Protection activities and discoveries.
Where
On USACOUP.Scoop.co.nz and Scoop.co.nz, published out of Wellington New Zealand, but reaching an audience of 200,000 inside the United States monthly. Other web publishers are being encouraged to participate.
When
Starts October 8, 2008 – Scheduled to end January 31st 2009 (may be extended)

HOW TO HELP / PARTICIPATE

For the Public:
– Tell your friends, email, blog, ring them up, talk about it at the pub;
– Tell local election protection groups about the offer and encourage them to participate;
– Tell local media about the project;
– Donate to support costs of the campaign.
For Media Creators – Website Publishers, Documentary Makers, Journalists:
– Send us advertising creative – to usacoup@scoop.co.nz – which will be used to direct traffic and attention to your activities (See creative instructions below);
– Send us Scoops, comment, investigations etc. – to usacoup@scoop.co.nz;
– Run Election Protection adverts on your own website. Email usacoup@scoop.co.nz for instructions.
For Election Protection groups:
– Send us advertising creative – to usacoup@scoop.co.nz – which will be used to direct traffic and attention to your activities (See creative instructions below);
– Send us press releases, speeches, comment and announcements on what you are doing – to usacoup@scoop.co.nz – we will publish them on Scoop Independent News Scoop.co.nz and USACOUP.Scoop.co.nz.
