A Census Story

By George McClure

19 may 2010 – More Census The phone has rung at all times of day and night – from 9:30 am (office line) to 2:30 am (private number), from a local number 615 596 3422. The number called seven, maybe nine or more, times since last week.

Very few people have my private number, so I called the number back several times until someone answered today, around 3:30pm. I asked who it was who was calling my numbers repeatedly and after a few times the person said “This is Kim Stahl.”

I asked how she got my numbers and why she was calling me. She said “I don’t know.” After asking her some more why she’d be calling, she said “Census Bureau?” but she sounded uncertain and asked my name.

I said “It sounds like you are an agent, like CIA NSA or Secret Service. There’s nothing here for you. There’s no reason for you to call my numbers. Don’t call me anymore.” She said “Okay, don’t call me either.” I laughed (at that absurdity) and we mutually rang off.

My guess it was the red-headed census worker’s number, and she was tasked with trying to phone the house. They obviously have extensive private information if they have cell phone numbers matching to non-land non-physical lines into homes. They only could get that information from one source – your cell phone carrier. This means they *already* have most, if not all, of the personal private information they’re asking for door to door. At least on me, they do.

18 may 2010 – More Census Yesterday, 17 May, the red-headed woman (50 or 60 years) started up the drive and I told her “Census has been here seven times and I’ve told you everything you’re allowed under the Constitution. Get off my property.” She said she was looking for 411 and I said it’s not here. She said is it in this building? and I said no.” She left.

The red-headed woman who is census came to 404 (one of my tenants) and spoke to the girl there, around 4:00pm. The worker came up only one or two minutes after the girl came in so I assume was lying in wait.

Previously, census told me they already had 404’s information and didn’t need to go there.

It occurs to me later (11:45pm) that the census worker was interviewing my tenants about ME, so I’ll have to explain to my new tenants why they are asking about me, and explain the US Constitution only gives authority for a head count and no personal information, and I won’t give them personal data.

As such, I consider at this time the U.S. Federal Government is intruding in my personal and business life and I resent it. It could reflect negatively on me and conceivably may jeopardize a business relationship. They have no right to intrude in this manner.

Additionally, this tenant may have access to certain of my medical information.

15 may 2010 – More Census Another census worker walked up my driveway, ~ 2:10, 2:05pm, while I was outside working. He said he wanted info on 406. I said “You’re the fourth census worker who’s been here.”

He asked my date of birth and I told him to leave my property. He said “I’m putting down you’re refusing to give information.” I said “I didn’t refuse, I gave you everything provided for under the Constitution of the United States of America. Name is George Miller and number of people living here is one.”

I walked down to the street to photograph him on my cell phone and to ask his name – “Jason Kilski” – and he was filling in the form (race, etcetera.) I said “You can falsify that if you want” and walked back up to the house. He said something else to me but I didn’t hear it.

I would characterize this as an unpleasant exchange.

08 may 2010 – Census Census left a card on the door last week, then Friday 07 may (yesterday), someone pounded insistently on the door while I was in conference. Later, leaving and at my vehicle, I told the census worker the Constitution allows you to only ask the number of persons living here, and that is one.

He tried to get more personal information from me so I said look up the Constitution online when you get home tonight, and read the provisions. He said he knew what it says, he was just doing his job, and he had what he needed.

The entire exchange was purely pleasant. He handed me a tearout sheet and left.

12 Cimi (12 May) 2009 – Census Census had another worker trooping around my properties, a red headed woman with glasses, about 50 – 60 years of age. She didn’t knock on the door, only sat on the steps for fifteen minutes or more and walked around and up and down over and over again.

25 May 2009 – Census GE sent a psygoon to my door. I told him GE was destroying the economy and ordered him from my property. (I was on the phone in a private conversation and my other party heard the conversation with the young man, blond/light hair, white polo style shirt.)

A few weeks ago I chased off someone who had a handheld digital device, scanning or keying in license plate numbers and house numbers. He said he was U.S. Census Bureau and I told him to leave, I wasn’t talking to him.

They are preparing for insurrection (or testing and fomenting it) and I’m on their ‘red’ list; quite possibly testing the GPS and address data they keyed in a few months ago. g mcclure

Several yrs ago a mysterious red dot appeared on our po box. Jack McLamb says that’s how they marked red list people. Now they have the state drivers license databases. There were nonstop tails on me 4’th quarter 2008 – 2009 until I updated my d.l. with a new address – suddenly all surveillance stopped. (Phones and computer still tapped, of course.)

California’s tax income dropped nearly 50%. The state is in collapse. Taxpayers’ money was paid directly to General Electric (GE), General Motors, AIG Insurance, the Wall Street investment banks, and national banks in the heist of October 2008 “bailout bill” and TARP. The people instructed 300 : 1 against spending their money to bailout the corrupt and criminal banks and businesses, and Congress passed the funding in opposition to, and in clear disregard of, we the people. E.g. taxation without representation. – – george mcclure, Nashville TN

31 May 2009 – As I made journeys out of Nashville to basically remote areas (August ’08 thru the fall into winter), I turned the cell phone off to prevent tracking. (Also, there is no gps blackbox in my vehicle.) National Guard showed up twice, at a lunch place, bombing in ten seconds after I arrived, out of nowhere.

After a time, I left the cell phone on, intentionally. A message appeared from a local number, “Chelsea’s ready…” I called the number and a party said “I didn’t leave a message.” This happened twice.

Essentially every trip out, there were spotters along the roads. These are remote areas and people parked alongside are unusual. One in particular parked and twisted her wheels as though to broadside my vehicle in a U-turn, every time I went through a particular stretch of road. She was there every trip, perhaps once to twice a week for six to eight weeks or more. The others would spot me, call on their cell phones, and drive off. I had made the decision to begin confronting them when the activity stopped.

Sometime around December ’08 I started leaving the cell phone on all the time and used it at my remote site. In February I updated my drivers license with the new (remote) address and I’ve seen no tails since then; zero. It’s a mental game, mental entrapment; keep you in a box mentally.
