Our Sweet Water Tilapia are ready for you! This one and only batch is available for public purchase at three open house fish sales.
If you have pre-purchased your tilapia at one of our farmers markets just bring your ticket and we will hand you your fish. You will be receiving your fish whole and on ice. We will provide literature on cleaning and filleting.
