Deborah Cadbury, descendent of real-life Willy Wonkas and author of the new book “Chocolate Wars: The 150-Year Rivalry Between the World’s Greatest Chocolate Makers,” begins her history of the family business with this mouthwatering description of a trip to the Cadbury factory in the nineteen-sixties:
