In my opinion, scenario planning of the kind practiced by Global Business Network is a tool used by corporate leadership to ensure middle management can anticipate, plan for and adapt to the social engineering and covert operations that is being planned on a “need to know” basis. This way, middle management can perform successfully despite their naive assumption that these are natural or chaotic phenomena.

Hence, this recent set of four scenarios produced and published by GBN and the Rockefeller Foundation can best be described as gruesome.
