I went down to Burton’s Sugar Farm in Northern Mississippi outside of Memphis this weekend. This is my third visit to the Sugar Farm and each time I come away thinking that was the finest catfish and hush puppies that I have ever eaten. Their annual sorghum festival is coming up next weekend, so if you are in the area, this is one for you and the kids.
