Catherine: So I am in western Tennessee, but Franklin has been off traveling around the nation with his lovely wife, Susan, and he is in Chattanooga. Are you with us, Franklin?
Franklin: I’m here. I’m full of good food. We went to eat at one of the best restaurants in the world, and I want to say that without one bit of exaggeration. And that restaurant is the Boathouse run by Lawton Haygood. It is one of the best restaurants in the country and the world! It is so unique. It’s not like anyplace you’ve ever eaten, and Lawton is just an entrepreneur who’s been doing this all his life, and it was just fabulous. We had supper with him and his wife, Karen, and just – if you ever get to Chattanooga, you have to eat at the Boathouse.
